> I defined my browser to accept cookies but I still have a cookie error message.
There are several reasons why your computer may refuse the cookies we send:
- your browser cannot handle cookies (most modern browsers accept cookies);
- your cookie alarm is activated in your browser and you have refused to accept cookies: if this is the case, return to the screen "Enter identification to accept cookies";
- your computer's internal date is wrong: if it is set to a date before 1 January 1970 or if the date is set one year ahead of the current date, the cookies will not be defined;
- you are using an application that blocks cookies: you must de-activate it to be able to use our site.

> Why am I asked so often to accept cookies?
If you have set the preferences of your browser to warn you before accepting cookies, the system will ask you if you wish to accept cookies each time that AFNOR Certification wants to write one. If you set your browser to accept all cookies, this warning no longer appears.
